Matsuida-shuku is located in Gunma Prefecture. Nakasen-do does not seem to have many daimyos who can go through the change in attendancea （system under which feudal lords in the Edo period were required to spend every other year in residence in Edo）compared to Tokaido, but even then, the change in attendance was serious for feudal lords in the Edo period.
